The only way to change your weight longterm is to give up dieting. Not only will you lose weight you will also feel heaps better. I speak from experience

Hi ,,, I started Paul’s program on the 1st of June 2008 , i have pretty much stuck to it most days , having the occasional slip …..I have also been on a 2 week holiday in that time ,,, i weighed myself 2 weeks ago after returning from my holiday , and found that i had lost 4 kgs ,,, i am really finding it difficult to exercise , i used to exercise regularly ,, but have just lost interest in it ,,,, any tips on how to feel motivated to exercise would be helpful
