Well….good news folks. I had my first ‘you look like you’ve lost weight’ compliment yesterday. Exciting or what 
I know, I’m easily pleased and entirely shallow, but it did bring a little smile to my face. I know this WOE is working, I know it makes me feel heaps better…but oh that positive reinforcement from others is so nice sometimes.
Hope others are starting to get similar feedback.

I know I have not posted ina while but life has been crazy busy since kids are now out of school here in Texas. No verbal compliments but nothing says YAY like clothing that fits again!
Some shorts I got a few years ago did not fit at the start of summer and between eating healthy and enjoying my food, plus adding swimming since it is hot and summery here has started to take excellent effects!
