It has gone very quiet on the comment front on ICMYT. This is probably my fault as I haven’t posted for a while and updated everyone on how I am getting on.
Well, here’s the update. Still going strong and sticking to the rules. I will admit that I have had some failure days but overall I have kept going and the scales are continuing their downward trend. Overall I feel way better and the main difference is still the positive way I feel and the freedom from worrying about food. Would love to hear how everyone is getting on? Any success stories? – any worries? – keep the comments coming…….

Hello! well, I have been overly busy and keep up with your site via google reader. I had a rough few weeks of it as my MIL passed away and well — things were just too hectic.
I am exercising regularly and eating according to the plan again. Heather, thanks for your post. It’s good to hear from you, although I am sorry to hear about the loss you have had in the family. It’s very difficult to keep going at time like these isn’t it, as rightly so everything else fades into the background. Checked out your blog and the exercise looks to be going great – hopefully a good stress buster too. That is something that I really need to get going on – as apart from walking I am not doing much else at present. Take care.
