I started Paul McKenna's program 9 days ago. I am watching his 5 week series on television here in the US. I have been on Weight Watchers prior to that. I have had success on WW, but it requires a lot of planning. I have gotten so used to it, that it is hard to stick to the "eat what you want" part of Paul's program. I find myself eating the healthy stuff and chewing it FOREVER. I stop when I am full, which is usually halfway into my meal. I snack a little in between on fruit or something healthy. I am wondering if I am not getting enough calories to support my metabolism due to the WW "diet food". Do you think it matters?

I just saw a bit of the show on TLC last evening but I am very intrigued by it. I already started today with slowing down and putting down my fork and trying to be more careful and concious of how I am eating.
Hungry for more information.
